Hello and welcome!  I am Kellen Huebner, a local John L Scott Realtor licensed throughout Washington state, specializing in Spokane and the surrounding areas. I'm a proud father of two and husband to my wonderful wife, Tiffany.  As a family, we are highly involved in our school and faith communities, and enjoy all of the outdoor recreation Eastern Washington has to offer.  After traveling the world for work and the US as a family, we've found ourselves back in Spokane as it offers the perfect blend of scenery, entertainment, recreation, and culture.  We love calling this city home and can see why it is one of the top markets in the country!

When a client is ready to sell their home, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.  Here are a few ways I do so:

  • Providing current and trending hyper-local market data, along with a detailed Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), to assist my clients in determining the fair market value of their home.
  • Working together with the owner to ensure their home is Market Ready Day One, meaning their home is in the best condition to showcase to the market's backlog of buyers.
  • Investing in high-quality professional photography and videography to showcase the home and attract buyers.
  • Active and efficient marketing throughout the process to maximize the exposure of the home to buyers and agents.
  • Ongoing support and engagement, real estate communications, client events, and housing market updates after the sale closes.
